Established as a System Provider for the Multimedia Industry
on August 13, 1992, Graphics Vision is primarily engaged in business as
distributors, dealers and system integrators of computer equipment related
to 3D Animation, Digital Video Production, Digital Video Compositing
and Multimedia Presentations as well.
The Company provides
solutions to production facilities, end-users, television stations, corporation
and also government bodies. Providing product support is an integral activity
guaranteed to all equipment purchasing clients; and is carried out by
experienced software support specialists as well as technical support
engineers who are well trained and exposed to the products represented
by the Company.
Besides distributing
multimedia equipment, Graphics Vision which is located at Taman Tun Dr
Ismail, Kuala Lumpur is well equipped for the design and production of
35mm slides, coloured transparencies, large format posters and multimedia
presentations. Graphics Vision employs qualified graphic designers to
enhance the visual appeal of presentations. Major clients of the company
include Radio Television Malaysia (RTM), Metrovision, Unitar Multimedia
College, MOY and Unitele.

Administrative
Support
Ensuring that clients receive their equipment punctually,
the administrative support is responsible for organizing and planning
the delivery of clients’ goods. They ensure sufficient stock up of products
and act as the company’s livewire, keeping the company well on track.
By meticulously keeping record of all accounts, the Administrative support
provides the company with essential feedback on clients’ comments and
product sales performance.
Customer
Service
Friendly and courteous staff are at hand to accomodate
clients' requests and problems via the telephone. They also provide interested
clients with free product demonstrations. The customer service staff strive
to establish and maintain goodwill between all clients and the company.
Technical
Support
Possessing deep knowledge of the technical make up of products’ hardware
and software, the technical support team strives to ensure the smooth
functioning of all computer systems purchsed by clients. The efficient
team provides trouble shooting services via the telephone, and makes trips
to clients' offices if a problem is unable to be rectified on the telephone.
Regular maintainance of clients’ equipment is also conducted. In-house,
the team conducts regular checks of all the company’s computer equipment.
Multimedia
and Presentation Support
Proficient in weaving their way through various multimedia and graphic
layout software programs, the multimedia and presentation support provides
clients with services that enhances presentations as well as assist clients
in trouble shooting problems in their software. The presence of creative
computer graphic artists and multimedia application specialists guarantees
a metamorphosis of dull, traditional presentations.
